Terms and Conditions

1. Subject and acceptance

These Terms govern the use of Spotfitr, a booking management service for personal trainers operated by Pedro Serra Comas (hereinafter "we" or "Spotfitr"). By registering or using the service you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Spotfitr lets personal trainers ("trainer" accounts) create sessions with limited spots, invite their clients ("client" accounts), and set monthly limits per client. Clients can book sessions within the limits their trainer has assigned to them.

3. Registration and account

You must be at least 16 years old and provide truthful, up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.

4. Plans and pricing

We offer two plans:

• Free: €0 — up to 10 clients.
• Pro: €9.99/month (VAT included if applicable) — unlimited clients.

Prices may change with a minimum 30 days notice, communicated by email. Changes will not affect periods already paid for.

5. Payments and billing

Pro plan payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize monthly recurring charges on your payment method. You will receive an invoice for each billing period at the email associated with your account.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with full access until then. No refunds are issued for periods already started, except as required by law.

The trainer configures the cancellation window for each session. After that deadline, the spot is consumed.

7. Acceptable use

By using Spotfitr you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Access other users' accounts, attempt to breach security, or overload the infrastructure.
• Scrape data in automated ways without authorization.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The code, brand, design, and content of Spotfitr are the exclusive property of Pedro Serra Comas. The data you enter (clients, sessions, bookings) is yours and you can export it at any time.

9. Availability and support

We strive to keep the service highly available but do not guarantee a specific uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable prior notice. Support is provided by email at hola@spotfitr.com.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spotfitr is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Spotfitr is a management tool: the commercial relationship between trainer and client, and the quality of the training itself, are the trainer's sole responsibility.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms seriously or repeatedly, with prior notice except in cases of fraud or risk to other users. You can close your account at any time from the dashboard or by email.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Inca, unless applicable consumer law mandates a different venue.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are substantial, we will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
